This is best rain poncho I've ever used

I originally bought this poncho to cover me and my power wheelchair when out in the rain. It does exactly that. The waist buckle keeps it attached to me so that it doesn't blow up under me and I use the handle straps to keep my joystick covered, which is seriously important, if my joystick gets wet, it dies and that is really really bad. I've tried other rain ponchos this is the only one I've found that keeps my joystick dry in the wind and rain. Seriously can't recommend this product enough, if you use a power wheelchair, buy one, you won't regret it.
